Easy Banana Pancakes

Pancakes made from scratch for all ages to enjoy. Finger food for babies with no teef. Low carb, cleaning eating and keto friendly as well.


Ingredients:
1 over-ripe banana
2 large eggs
dash of cinnamon
dash or ground flax - optional
dash of milk - optional
chocolate chips or blueberry - optional
Directions:
Mash banana with potato masher.
Add eggs and beat.
Sprinkle cinnamon and flax.
Heat coconut oil in frying pan.
Cook just like pancakes - flipping when bubbles form.
Enjoy as is or top with maple syrup!
