Easy Banana Pancakes

Pancakes made from scratch for all ages to enjoy. Finger food for babies with no teef. Low carb, cleaning eating and keto friendly as well.




Ingredients:

  • 1 over-ripe banana

  • 2 large eggs

  • dash of cinnamon

  • dash or ground flax - optional

  • dash of milk - optional

  • chocolate chips or blueberry - optional

Directions:

  1. Mash banana with potato masher.

  2. Add eggs and beat.

  3. Sprinkle cinnamon and flax.

  4. Heat coconut oil in frying pan.

  5. Cook just like pancakes - flipping when bubbles form.

  6. Enjoy as is or top with maple syrup!
