If you are like me and always in a hurry to cook something homemade but dislike ALL of the annoying chopping of veggies - well you are in luck. I use my chopper (mini food processor) for almost EVERYTHING! I've owned this chopper for 10 years...yep that's right. I like to take care of my gadgets and this one has lasted a long time. I'm in debates of buying a bigger food processor, but then that also means more clutter in my kitchen.

I use my chopper everyday for onions, ginger, garlic and green chillies as they are a base for all of my homemade foods. Yes, spaghetti sauce, keema, daal, meatballs, shepards pie, curry, taco meat, etc.

Onion, garlic and ginger

I also use my chopper for homemade Bolognese sauce. I watched an episode of Jamie Oliver and I saw him cook this amazing sauce for his pregnant wife. At that time, I was pregnant too so I had to make it. Since then, I've been using my chopper to chop up veggies and meat as well. It's a great hack to get those veggies into Baby L's dishes as well. He loves meatballs so I grind up zucchini and carrots on the regular and add it the balls.

I make baby food, chutney, pesto, hummus and garlic/ginger paste in my chopper regularly as well. It's the best invention!
